Another New member :)

Hi everyone, after seeing some of the club at Kington vintage show I thought I would take a look at the website, then decided to register My names Rachel and my pride and joy is a blue Mini City E with a (very tatty) union flag roof, its not as tidy as the ones I saw at Kington but its my baby anyway I hope to meet any club members in future

Hi Rachel welcome to the forum, looks like a tidy car you have there good to see we are getting a few more members you'll have to bring it along to one of the meetings or shows

Thank you, it had a bit of a refurb 2 years ago but we never got chance to replace the flag on the roof I will have to go to a show or 2 with it and meet some members see what you lot think hehe

Haha thanks! It hasn't let me down since then, that was the first time it had broken down since my dad bought it 5/6 years ago but I got home that night despite the slight hitch with the accelerator cable!!

Looks like your Mini is still in slightly better condition than mine. But either way, we are all here for the same thing, so a big hello from me too

Am still hoping to meet you all at some point, when im not working. Which seems like never.

Ive got an escort cosworth too, so the mini is a dream compared to that!

Hello Your mini looks like its well on the way to being finished :)how much needs doing at it? Looks better than mine did when it was in the middle of its refurb and if you want to get the mini finished then I wouldn't retire just yet cus you definately will be skint trying to finish it up!!
