I hope that I have got this right.
Hello everybody,
I am a new member, i picked up a card at the Malvern Show where I had a long chat with some of the members.
Its nice to see a Mini Club in Hereford at last.
I have 2 Minis at the moment, neither of which are as yet road worthy.
The 1970 Mini Minus is completly stripped to a bare shell which I am about to apply the top coats of paint before the complete rebuild, I still need parts for the engine and drive train, drop gears etc..
The 8 porter, unfortunatly is in a sorry state. The previous owner had sold the 8 port engine/box and pulled the entire front end off it and left it in the back of his garage. It had been featured in Mini World October 95.....
It now has a Vauvhall redtop sat in the front, awaiting subframe mods and a complete front end, she will have to wait until the Minus is finished.
Can anyone tell me when the next meeting is in Hereford?

Hi Greg.
You are right a Minus is fibreglass replica built by Keith Lain many years ago and now reproduced by a guy in Gloustershire who was at last years Malvern show. The Minus is shortened at the waist line by 3 inches but uses standard Mark 2/3 windows.
Mine has a full spaceframe rollcage picking up all the suspension mounts, thats the rear beam axle and top and front mounts of the front subframe and shock mounts.
If I can fathom it out I will post some pics.
