Great Western Mini Day

Hey everyone

It's Great Western Mini Day (Bristol) this Sunday the 19th and I've just booked a club stand for us!

The entry fee is £6 per adult, £1 per child.

The website says gates open at 10.30am and I guess we could get there around half 9/10? So not too early a start...

I think it's quite a small show but there are a few other things to see/do nearby; there's a small museum; a kids adventure park and a 'mock' castle whatever that is!

There will be a competition for the best mini birthday card on the day....

It's a bit ambitious but we could make a giant card out of two big bits of mount board/mdf and park somebody's mini in it??? So the mini looks like a pop-up! Then decorate with balloons/bows/gold stuff...

I should be able to go, Amy are you not making a birthday cake this time like at the last Bristol show.

i hope there isn't a similar sort of evil twist in the birthday card competition! like a massive "birthday celebrations bonfire" where all the cards get thrown on the fire...

Come to think of it matt your mini is sort of flame coloured...

My face may have got burnt at the last couple of shows but my car is not going to, mental note to self buy sun cream
