windscreen wanted

Hi Anyone got a spare windscreen?

Something just cracked mine on the motor way.

Should be fitting Tricia's new one by the end of the week, so her old one will be surplus if that's any good?

Hi thanks sorted it now, it was cheeper to pay the excess in order to get the right one apparently Mpi models have a different spec cause of the air bags??

Ok... they didn't tell you to queue up for a "long weight" as well did they??? I think they threw you a curve ball there re the airbag theory! Not as far as I am aware was there a "special" spec windscreen because of the airbags... I mean, the air bag comes out of steering wheel towards the driver away from the windscreen do they not??? But as always, like a man in orthopaedic shoes.... I stand to be corrected!

Right... we have Tricia's old windscreen going spare if anyone needs one?

Yeah I know I was a bit dubious, But it was a local mini spares bloke who told me that not autoglass, any window would fit but mines got info on the SRS system or something, any way by the time it was posted etc it was just cheap to pay the excess!
