    This is the rare austin mini minor mk2 estate. year 1969.
    Most estates were either in the form of mk1,or mk1 or 2 woodies.
    Watch out for the rubbish.

    First job I think is to have a bleeding good clear out. Laughing
    By the way anybody want to buy a blank walnut effect dash panel, I think it is varnishable.

    Anyway took the battery off the van and fitted it to the estate,cleaned the points run some petrol in the carb
    and after 20 years of being stood she fired up with good oil pressure too.

    Thats a rare one there cant be too many around without the wood and a Paddy Hopkirk throttle pedal!!

    It beloged to my uncle, he also has we think a 1959/60 mini saloon awaiting restoration too.Trouble is
    because I can't get to it in his garage it's full to the rafters with mini spares and junk,I can't get to
    look inside to see if it has flat floors or not. The reg number is VDW868 but he's lost the v5 and the numbers
    not registered anymore.
