    alien Hello mini people's alien

After some advice on what shocks and exhaust I should put on my MPI, the ride is bounce so think the shocks are on there way out.

As for the exhaust, thats a standard pea shooter at the moment, would like something that sounds and looks better.

    Can anyone help?

Depends on how much you want to spend, dampers seem to start at around £14 each upto about £40ish for adjustable gas ones, a cat back exhaust can bought for around £50-60 get a single box system if you want it loud or a quieter twin box

    alien Hello Matt alien

Thanks for getting back to me, I don't want to spend a fortune, but I do believe you get what you pay for, do you think it's worth going for adjustable or just good quality non adjustable ones, any ideas?

I have been looking around at exhausts but there are a fair few to choose from, I would like something that sounds nice but not defining, I will either go for a centre or a twin out of both side, any suggestions?

How's the project coming along? who do you get to do the body work?

Ok, adjustable dampers are more for fast road and race use depending on what you are using the car for so you might be better off with normal ones. The exhaust, maniflow systems are good quality or an rc40 which seem quieter,
the project is on hold at the moment due to the op, I always do the whole car, bodywork, paint and running gear etc..
